# Abstract

It is our mission to give everyone the opportunity to actively participate in decentralized finance with real-world companies operating off-chain.

We are committed to delivering fractionalized revenue-sharing on fully managed, existing, and operating businesses. We put our community’s interest at the heart of our business, developing and maintaining long-standing relationships with our partners, in order to build trust.&#x20;

We aggressively research new projects that have the potential to succeed and work to bring these opportunities to our community. We do our due diligence on behalf of our community and only engage with projects that sufficiently mitigate risk and provide incentives to NFT holders.&#x20;

<br>

The initial project we are working with provides funding for a company to establish its operations in France and thereafter the rest of Europe.
