# Background

PureLeaf aspires to become the leading cannabis extraction company in Thailand, utilizing an advantage by working with its existing business partners. Pureleaf has established connections with various cannabis dispensaries located in Thailand and has enlisted prominent members from the North American cannabis extract community to join their team. PureLeaf has also formed partnerships with key manufacturers of hydrocarbon extract machines, which will supply the company with the necessary equipment.&#x20;

PureLeaf aims to enter the cannabis market in two primary fields. First, they plan to produce CBD cosmetics, with complete control over the end-to-end product cycle: growing the cannabis plants, extracting the oil, and producing and selling cosmetic products. Once the Thai government permits the manufacturing of THC extracts, PureLeaf will have an edge in this arena. By having an established process for CBD extraction, they can easily transition to producing THC extracts.&#x20;

The company plans to start with one extract machine and intends to expand to three within the first year. This expansion will ensure that PureLeaf can continue producing cosmetic products while simultaneously preparing for the shift to THC extracts. Multiple machines running concurrently will ensure that production remains constant, regardless of whether they are CBD or THC extracts, once the regulation has been passed.
