# Meet the Team

## Matt -CEO

Matt has a vast experience in the CBD industry as an entrepreneur and successful business builder. He brings to the company expertise in the science of cannabinoids and their therapeutic benefits, bioavailability, and efficacy. Matt is a Subject Matter Expert in the field of cannabis extraction with years of experience in the Canadian market. He has extensive knowledge of extraction methodologies and techniques used for isolating cannabinoids, terpenes, and other valuable compounds from cannabis plants.

## Will -CTO (Master Grower and Processing Expert)

Will has extensive experience of over 18 years in plant-based oil extraction, product development, genetic breeding techniques, and greenhouse automation design. He has played pivotal roles in various plant cultivation operations, including running his own licensed farm in California that emphasizes environmental-friendly practices, such as zero waste and renewable energy sources.

In addition to both Matt and Will’s technical expertise and knowledge base, they are strong advocates for safe and responsible cannabis use. They are passionate about educating the public on the benefits of cannabis and promoting the importance of quality and purity in cannabis products.
